Never feel the need to apologise Andy.

I'd hope that by bearing your soul, and being so honest from off of out of on here... that it makes you feel better. Makes you feel more real. Makes you make sense of it all. That's a good thing innit!?

Even when you feel at your worst, you can still maintain perspective and a sense of your illness. That's a great positive to hold on to.

You're amongst friends on the Roth. We'll be here for you through the good times, and the bad.

Now cricket! If we can push this above 250 it gives our bowlers something to go at... as long as they remain as disciplined with line and length as the Aussies have.
