Don't get me wrong, I am not criticising Hughton
Just observing that I don't think that he is going to change things too much. If we do as well against the top teams and put a few more of the weaker ones to the sword then we could still have a very good season.
In answer to your question though, I guess that Swansea and Southampton are fairly gung-ho? Or at least expansive as are some of the top clubs.
If you want an idea of where I think Hughton is trying to take us in the longer term think Fulham. He has already said that Jol has been a big influence on him.
