Quag is clearly earmarked for the Wes role

So it would be him and Wes competing for that place with RVW and Hooper competing for the main striker role.

Then of course there will be injuries and games where we go 4-4-2.

All in all would be good, healthy competition but I agree Hoots biggest challenge would appear to be keeping everyone content when they are all fit. Hooper has come to us to try and get in the England squad so I can't see him bring happy if he's on the bench every week.
