1). How do you look back upon the last season? Where you satisfied?

Staying up was always going to be so important so yes satisfied.

2) What are your expectations for next season (in league and cups)?

To push on from last season, top 10 finish and a good cup run would, of course, be lovely.

3) Who was your most important player last season?

Bassong - was the rock at the back. The number of goals conceded when he played was a fraction of the number conceded when he was absent.

4) How would you characterize your team?s style of football?

A passing game but played at too leisurely a pace at times. Need to get the ball forward quicker (but not by the hoof!).

5) What is your preferred starting eleven at the moment?

Ruddy
Martin-Bassong-Turner-Olsson
Fer-Howson
Redmond-van Wolfswinkel-Snodgrass
Hooper

6) Where do you want your squad to be strengthened?

If we had to start with what we had now it wouldn't be a disaster as we have strengthened well. Another forward would probably be helpful.

7) Which player from your team could make his breakthrough this season?

Redmond could take this season by storm - so much talent, enthusiasm and pace but still so young.

8) Who is your best signing this transfer window?
