I pad app.help... Can anyone help?

On my old I pad I had a great football stats.app.worlwide,but was great for English football.updated league tables.and by clicking on the team you got all their results,fixtures and history results,league tables going back to the year dot.i had trouble with my old I pad and had a new replacement.unfortunately I didn't save the ap.and just cannot find it in App Store.any ideas? OTBC
