Ok sparty mants...

...moderate chest pain, one side only (left), increases with breathing in, no "crushing" or transmission to arm or jaw, no rasping sound when breathing, no blood in mucus, pressure on rib cage increases the pain, lying a certian way decreases it.

What have I got? (I only know cos I've actually got it!) How would you treat it?
