He thinks Oh Arr is an immature cretin! That chap posts sense most of the time. Provides reasoned analysis of the club's financial position based on the club's published accounts which provides a fresh perspective of where we are going.
As for being banned from Binner Corner, I'd say that shows what a Piswich loving dipstick runs that site rather than casting Oh Arr in a bad light. Ciro sounds like a right chav. Probably got his brains stuck halfway up his arse!
