palace, hull (wont spend and will struggle)
cardiff (will spend but could still struggle)
villa (not spending)
stoke (hughes)
sunderland (bad run of form will see them struggle)
saints/west brom/norwich (should all be ok, but injuries and a run of bad form could see bottom 6 with west brom losing lukaku as well)
I'd say our chances of surviving are much greater than last season.
