the thing here is though there's a world cup coming up

not that we've qualified for it yet but england are not graced with a huge selection of forwards

so he must fancy his chances there a little. enough to push for a move to the prem (and turn down the likes of qpr) i reckon. one problem might be we cant promise him first team football every week, and maybe another prem team might.
