Dunno really, If the CT is clear I spose they will monitor and I do a Spirometry
every year at work. Mind you my lung function results are never great, though never has a problem even when roofing for 15 years just can't blow well in the tube !
Bit unlucky then mate cause it's not that common I am led to believe.
