Swiss bloke kicked the Turkish trainer, unprovoked. That

started it all off. Then one of the Turks kicked out back at the guy, missed and kicked another Swiss player. That player then went for it and it all kicked off.

The initial guy (Swiss) should get a Mahoosive ban (2 years or something) and should not take part in the World Cup. The second (Turkish) guy should get a substantial ban, and all the rest involved should receive red cards with standard ban.

That's what I reckon.
