Why does it matter that he's 30? Would it matter if he was 29? I don't get this.

We're in a position to add quality to our side now, not potential that hopefully turns into quality.

Don't under stand the fixation with him being thirty - far rather a good 30 year old that offers something for a coupe of years than a 19 year old the same price that only offers the potential to do something.

Considering the potential we have bought, we need to mix it with experience IMO.
