Remember John Cleese in this hilarious movie from 1986? Well, as me and my wife are spending over a week in the Uk, i'VE tried to persuade her coming with me to the fine City. We're based in Rotherhithe and live decent in a food flat at 40 quid per day thanks to my work connection. Anyhoo. The other day we went all the way to Liverpool street, via tube and bus- seems like stretches of lines tend to close westwards in london. When finally getting to the ticket office, the man seemed bewildered we were going all the way to norwich. Price was 92 quid rwturn fare for two!! Try and plan better next time, he said. We went to cambridge for 23 instead. Next time I'll go on me own to Norwich in october. Better book train ticket in adcvance then???
