Ok so why would he want to go to Chelsea?
answer money is the only reason
There are no other reasons to go, he won't play first team football in short term, they have Czech and another no 2 keeper
he won't play first team football in long term as chelsea already have Czechs replacement out on loan
Not playing won't help any England chances.
So does he want to spend another 5 years probably not even on the bench. If all he wants is money then suppose he would be happy to go, but I suspect he is not on a poor wage at Norwich, average salary is ?1m so suspect he would be above that, so a 4 year deal would get him probably ?5-6m, is that not enough ? I woudl be happy to earn ?6m over the next 4 years and not ever work again. But how much would Chelsea pay their 3rd choice keeper, surely not ?50k a week or more?
So it is medals? Would he get any medals if he doesn't play?

So really Mr ruddy , keep my son very happy and stay at Norwich.

Oh and Chelsea you can afford ?15m/?20m for a player so if you want him put in a serious offer.
