Dear Peter Mendham,

I wish to sincerely apologise for any upset caused by my inappropriate forum post. I would like to assure that my words were never meant to be in anyway spiteful or offensive. At the time little consideration was made as to how words can affect people and upon reflection I am regretful for any grief that may have occurred as a result of my actions. As a person it is completely out of character to even consider wanting to cause any hurt to another person. The post was never intended to be offensive to yourself, the words were an exaggeration intended as ?banter? on a football forum, which as a young adult, is immature and inconsiderate.

I also wish to apologise further to Mrs.Mendham for any upset caused. I realize it was completely unprofessional of me to comment on another company especially one which works hand in hand with our own and hope that it does not compromise any working relationships between companies.
