Does anyone have to care for relatives with Parkinson's on here?

Someone in my family has pretty advanced Parkinson's and is getting close to needing fairly intensive home care. I'm going to Google it, but I wondered if anyone has any experience and could offer any pointers? Benefits available, charities etc?
