I know it's big money and a so called big club

(Although to me Chelsea will never be a proper big club) but I would actually be quite disappointed if in the season leading up to what is probably his best chance to play for England in a World Cup Ruddy decided to move to Chelsea to be their reserve keeper and make up the numbers for their "home grown quota."

Disappointed for us obviously but also a bit disappointed that he would choose that over guaranteed first team football at a premiership club on the up. Lets hope that he is the type of character I think he is and doesn't have his head turned too much.

That said no doubt the money they will be offering would turn most people's heads!
