Easy

Toss off some pancetta and rub some basil all over some freshy baked cherry tomatoes before rolling in oats (the tomatoes, not you - you little tiger!) which you've crumbed up with some goats milk butter, then dust lightly with caster sugar and bake your cookies for 20 minutes at 180.

To reset them, crumb them all up again, add some more butter and two lugs of your favourite extra virgin and bake for another 3 minutes at 157.
