I've lived in Warsaw for a year and watched Legia a couple of times
No problems at all, but you need to be aware of who they're playing - there's generally some hostility between Legia and Lech Poznan fans, as well as Wisla fans, but other than that it shouldn't be too bad. Their biggest rivalry is with Polonia, the other team in Warsaw, but they've just been relegated several divisions for financial irregularities so that shouldn't be a problem for you.
