I think it's too well known that this is the case too. I sold something recently

sent it special delivery, the site shows me the guy signing for it, and the time he signed for it at 10.28 in the morning

14.00 in the afternoon, he emailed me asking me when he's going to get it, because he's had a lot of trouble with purchases in the past

3 and half hours after he'd signed for it

I sent him the link, and a picture of the special delivery receipt

Feedback was left a day later

Without the proof of delivery, it was pretty obvious he was going to pursue me for not receiving goods

I could have reported him, but what's the point? Ebay don't give a s**t about dealing with bad customers, they want them to buy something else
