By no means an England For The English, pint of Carling please, what's wrong with "Paki" it's just an abbreviation, patriot type nationalist, but I think for international sporting competitions, cricket and football, if you're going to make the arbitrary decision to limit participation based on nationality, you do it properly, or not at all. And then there's little point.

Think the same for the England football manager -should be subject to the same rules as the players.
