Very crass comparison about magic tree. Middle lane hoggers are annoying but tailgaters and mobile phone users should be fined to the hilt. Idiotic brainless people do it. I knew someone killed by somebody driving whilst on phone. Throw the book at them. If you don't want interference don't break the law. Simple
