Surprisingly intelligent comments from Mr Bramble, especially not wanting positive discrimination for black managers etc, well said. Everyone deserves the same opportunities in my opinion, and going too far the other way is dangerous.

PDC reminds me of another Italian character I knew from work, who was also very senior and seemed to try "managing" in this way. Preferring public humiliation vs having a word behind closed doors. It's just stupid really, doesn't encourage loyalty whatsoever! Bramble's right here again
