Try to get out of the house Dubs

Find a village green with a cricket pitch and sit in the shade of a tree watching.
Try to take in all of the wonderful sounds, sights and smells around you and then come back and tell us all about it.
We are very complex creatures but one day they will work out precisely why we feel as we do.
My thoughts and best wishes will be with you under that tree.
