recommended

Coach and Horses, Thorpe Road, great ales and does food too, better beer but no food, Rosary on Rosary Road, good beer but average food, Red Lion, BishopBridge,

Ferry Boat, okay for beer, but food is crap. Also, the Rose on Queens Road, good food and beer, also King's Arms nearby, not City Road, the next one, can't remember name offhand.

Avoid Riverside bars at all costs, Dad won't like them!
