Still overpriced

It might seem like a good deal in comparison to the ?35 million that Liverpool paid, but Carroll hasn't really done that much at Premier League level to garner that kind of fee.
One good season + being young and English + Media hype will probably encourage other clubs to pay silly fees for him.

Still, he will suit WHU down to the ground so I'm sure Allardyce will see that as a reasonable fee.
