... plenty of people said you shouldn't expect to get these players in the first team until they're 22, 23.

Adeyemi and Koey Smith are 21 and 22 respectively. They've both been out on load and Smith looked pretty decent 2 years ago in the championship. I'd like to think we'd be dabbling with at least one of these two in the first team squad, even if not the team.
