if two weeks passes and no notification its very unlikely you'll be issued a summons!

all gatso's have the falsh unit inbuilt to the chassis and you can set them off despite the camera case not being there! happened to me loads of times!

IF you do get a summons, then write a letter sending it back explaining that you need to see a clear photo as you cant remember who was driving (make sure both you and hubby are covered on insurance!)

should be ok.
