"racious"-ness

I was on the train from London to Ely the other day, some guy (presumably from Norfolk given his accent and that the train was going to Kings Lynn) was reading a story in the paper with his girlfriend / wife / mistress, about a kid that was mistaken as a terrorist and was shot dead.

He proclaimed, "that's bloody Jewish people for you, they're the most racious people on the planet".

I nearly had to say something to him, but I was getting ready to leave the train and didn't have time to put him right on so many things.
