I usually find on occasions like that , your inner body clock tells you its 3 o'clock on a saturday , then you will check for your phone , then at about quater /twenty past you check the score , then at half time , just after 4 o'clock ( just in case a goal after the re start , then about 20 past four at this point if Norwich are leading 2-0 or even better you will relax , confident that all is well , if its 2-1 you'll check again about half past then at 20 to five , then you'll start to think the boys look like they are going to hold on against the never ending waves of attack from the opposition , another check at 10 to five ( not many mins left probably time added on your thinking ) then at 5 on the dot ( the game must be finished now )

Thats what happens when your not at the game or watching sky sports
