but straight off there is a problem with your slideshow (the new items one)... part of frame showing to left and when scroll is to the right the items scroll off out of page area.
With my SEO head on you should look to amend your Page Titles - for example your index page is titled Home page... you should change this for something containing key words for search, for example -

Get keywords in your Titles! It will help your google rank no end.
