Firstly, I doubt that's true.

Perhaps in terms of prize money alone, but I'm positive that the overall value of winning the Champions League will still dwarf merely being in the Premier League. Secondly, I'm sure there will still be plenty of clubs around Europe who can easily outspend us, not to mention our competitors in England. And thirdly, as I said before we still can't offer European football, so we're not going to attract players like Soldado.

But hey ho, if you're determined to believe we could afford players like Soldado and that they would seriously consider coming here, do carry on. But you're deluded.
