Just to be clear.

Holt admitted Holt never got anywhere near the ball when Holt took out Huth.
Huth hit Holt in the face three times prior to that and Holt thought Holt would remind Huth Holt was there. Holt knew Holt was going to get a yellow because the ref had warned Holt about 10 seconds earlier.
