A corporal accused of sexually harassing a female colleague as they shared a tent on an exercise said yesterday he was shocked to be told that his behaviour was unacceptable.
He described the act of appearing to masturbate and calling out the name of Cpl Leah Mates as he feigned an orgasm as an "innocent bit of banter".
