- Norwich achieved back to back promotions between 2009 and 2011, then stayed up: the first club to achieve this feat in the Premier League era
- Southampton achieved back to back promotions between 2010 and 2012, and are clearly staying up: the second club to achieve this feat in the Premier League era.
Bit weird, no?
