1. Jussi Jaaskelainen (West Ham) made more saves than any other goalkeeper today (eight), including six from close range shots.
2. Billy Jones (West Brom) became the first English player to score a goal for West Brom in the Premier League this season.
3. Per Mertesacker (Arsenal) had the best pass completion rate of any player to make over 30 passes today (95%), scored the only goal of the game and kept a clean sheet.
4. Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa (Newcastle United) won possession with seven tackles today, the most by a Newcastle player in a single game all season, and also made 14 clearances.
5. Nacho Monreal (Arsenal) made five interceptions today, the most of all Arsenal players, and completed 92% of his passes.
6. Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal) made (129) and completed (114) more passes than any other Premier League player today.
7. Mikel Arteta (Arsenal) made 113 passes today. The Spaniard also completed all eight long passes that he attempted.
8. Sebastian Larsson (Sunderland) set up Sunderland's winning goal and also created two more chances for his teammates.
9. Kei Kamara (Norwich City). No player attempted more shots today than Kamara (five), who tested the keeper with three of them.
10. Peter Crouch (Stoke City) scored Stoke's crucial first goal and also won more aerial duels than any other player today (12).
11. Andy Carroll (West Ham). After his assist today, Carroll has now scored three goals and assisted two in his last four Premier League games.
