While I'm having a quick methadone fix on here, some queries for Tricky re sweepstake

What is the crucial date? Is it the date that Worthy actually resigns/is told he's no longer wanted, or is it the date that it is announced that this has happened?

What if the Board decide to sack him on Day 1 but don't tell him till Day 2?

What if he offers his resignation on Day 1 and it is not accepted till Day 2?

EG Pink Un says on a Tuesday - "During a stormy board meeting late yesterday evening the dramatic decision was taken to dispense with NW's services. The bad news was broken to him at Colney this morning ..."

I don't want to see an ugly dispute break out about who's won!
