Disagree

Don't think it has anything to do with the manager's man management skills.
Like I said you can't put in what god left out. Is this the difference between players like Iwan and Flem who stay at clubs for a long time because the managers know what strengths they are to their clubs and players ( not mentioning any names) who tend to move around a bit more and never settle for any lenght of time.
Obviously I am not talking about the top teir of players that keep getting bought, more the 'bread and butter' players.
