All he has said is that there is no clause that says the deal is automatically cancelled if we are relegated. He hasn't said that there is no clause that enables RVW to choose to go elsewhere - I wouldn't expect NCFC to not be out of pocket if he did, but there is no way he hasn't negotiated some form of get out clause.

McNally is very seective over the questions he publicaly answers and the answers that he gives.
