We should replace all officials with ducks called Gerald
They will all look the same, so won't matter which duck officiates which game. They can't be iInfluenced , how do you influence a duck? They will have no less knowledge of rules. Can keep up with the game by flying . They .won't need a whistle, they can quack loudly.
