I suppose my answer would be - when Worthy took over, we were bottom 6 of the championship (or div 1 then), and that was seen as not being good enough. Not necessarily because we 'should' be in the prem, but because our gates are probably better than the 40th largest in the country?

5 years later un der Worthy we're in the same position, and appear to be heading downwards rather than upwards.

So why was that bad enough to cost Hamilton his job, but good enough to keep Worthy in his?
