has been foreign investment, rather than trying to to it alone...

we've always had the engineering skills and expertease, just not the business brains or economy to support high volume manufacturing historically..... slowly times are changing though.... this country manufacturing is now following the right cause and although slow, the growth is there..... the ship is being steadied at last....
