Hi J....

some of my colleagues chose nexus 7's, some chose iphone 4s's and i and a few others chose galaxy's....

the iphone users STILL complain of poor battery life.....my missus also hase an iphone 4s and shes lucky if it lasts the day, with maybe 4-5 phone calls on it... compaired to nexus and galaxy's, ours tends to last 36hrs with same use, so much better battery life in general...

As AB suggests Android OS is much better than it used to be.... check to see if the Nexus comes with Jelly Bean.... (mine is still awaiting the JB update, but even ICS is good!) - My mates Nexus 7 has JB and its really very good......

Galaxy's now out sell iPhones globally... Apple have been a bit arrogant IMO in the last couple of years....
