If they're 2 or 3 down at half time, lay into them.

Anyone with an 8 gets a Pleased, anyone with a 9 gets a Fantastic. Encourage if only 1-0 down or drawing. If battering the opposition but still level, or being dicked by somebody far far better than you, Sympathise.

Sounds like you're being too nice to them.
