The worst thing about his appointment

Is the number of people who are trying to legitimise fascism. I've seen posts from Sunderland fans saying "give him a chance, he's a manager not a politician" as if fascism is a perfectly acceptable hobby like stamp collecting or flower arranging. It is not, it is a disgusting anti-democratic hate based ideology that has no place in a decent civilised society. Fascists are as abhorrent as paedophiles.

All Di Canio needs to do is say "I'm not a fascist, I don't support fascism" and we can all move on. By avoiding questions and making cryptic statements he is just fuelling this whole " fascists aren't all that bad" debate, which in itself is disgraceful.
