it`s a vicious circle

players don`t get game time so when their chance comes they aren`t up to speed and so they fail to take that chance and end up back on the bench or out of the team.

The U21`s league is good for the kids but the squad players that aren`t getting a run in the first team don`t feature too much in this league either.
