Not sure I agree with that tbh

If Hughton and co are here for the long haul, I would expect them to want to build things aimed at the system they know and like. This involves having resources and the ability to get your preferred players in over the next few years, which I guess is why Hughton is progressively changing the playing culture and playing staff.

We will have a better idea next season I'm sure.
