Bit of help needed please ....

my other half is setting up her own decorating business at the moment and is using this as a logo on her letterheads etc.

I need to get a couple of those boards made up, which she can put up outside someones house while she's decorating it, but my graphics guy is saying the original pic is too small to enlarge.
Any ideas please?
