Was just watching a documentary about how the carbon dating of the Turin Shroud
was quite possibly incorrect due to the bit they tested having been interwoven with cloth from the 16th century when it was repaired.
What are we to think if f they do the tests again and it turns out it's actually a shroud from the first century?
Claim it was first century cloth used for a fake at a later date? Claim it was a fake done in the first century? CLaim something weird happened to some other crucified bloke or believe it is actually the shroud of Jesus?
