No, they are not parts of the body which Ashton and/or Shackell are allegedly fond of.
A bot in this context is a computer program which, when registered on a message board or forum, searches for posts or selects them at random, and posts "smart" (meaning tailored to the message it is replying to) replies to it which may either seem totally freaky or actually make sense.
It's often a pre-cursor to an attempt to hack the site.
